Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

This method of payment is considerably slower than using a credit card. To place your order, please e-mail us at customer@superbfootwear.com. Once you have sent us the order information, we will send you an invoice with the total amount. Please send check payment to the address indicated above. We will process the order immediately once we receive full payment.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the time of purchase Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Subject to availability and/or backorder of the requested item. Orders requested to be shipped by Next Day or 2nd Day Air are expedited and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates

The rates charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final check-out page, you will get an opportunity to see what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery

The arrival of your order will depend on several factors including the destination of your order and the shipping service you selected. We will usually ship your order within one to five business days from the date you placed the order on our website. “Business” days exclude weekends and most U.S. holidays. Orders with higher priority shopping services selected will be processed before orders of lower priority shipping options. Peak volume periods such as during certain promotions may have an impact on the time between order placement and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when you complete the order process on-line, and you will receive shipment notification with package tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses (POB), Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO).

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carriers, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will contact you immediately. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the order. You will have the option of being notified when the item becomes available or reordering another item.

Taxes, Duties and Tariffs

We collect sales tax on all orders with shipping destinations within the state of Georgia. We do not collect any form of taxes, duties, or tariffs for orders to any other destination within the United States. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver of the order to pay any taxes, duties or tariffs to the appropriate governmental or other authority.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Superb Couture Footwear strives to maintain superior customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item being returned must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We do not accept returns/exchanges on final sale merchandise. These types of sales are final.

If the item is returned for any other reason other than a defect, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We also do not refund the original shipping costs that you paid on the order.

A receipt must be included with all merchandise that is returned or exchanged.

*For foot care products, items must be unopened and in new condition for a full product refund.

Return Instructions

In order to return merchandise, follow the instructions below:
1. Contact us by e-mail at returns@superbfootwear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. RMA number will be emailed to you within 1 to 2 business days.
When sending this e-mail, please include the following information:
• order number
• date of order
• reason for return or exchange.
Note: This information must be included in order to obtain your RMA number.
2. Follow the packaging instructions below.
3. Write the RMA number on the address label of the packaging box.
4. Ship using this carrier (UPS).

Packaging Instructions

Shoes must be returned in their original packaging (shoebox). However, when you ship the shoe box back to us for return or exchange, place it inside a packing box to avoid damage. The shipping label should not be placed on the shoe box when preparing the item to be shipped. Shoes that are shipped without protective shipping packaging will be charged a $7 fee for reboxing.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

Exchange

Merchandise may be exchanged by sending an e-mail to place a new order for the item you want and following the return policy for the merchandise you want to return in exchange. We will send the new item out upon receipt of the returned merchandise. An e-mail will be sent notifying you that the item has been returned and that the new item will be shipped. . All exchange shipments are made using the same service as the original delivery (UPS). Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
You will not be charged for the new item and for shipping and handling at the time of order.

Refunds

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within two to three weeks of receiving the returned item. For example, if you pay by credit card, we will issue you a refund via credit card or if by check we will issue you a refund by check. We may need to contact you in order to obtain your credit card information, because we do not keep your credit information after we receive authorization. If your refund was processed by credit card, it may take two billing cycles to show on your statement. If your refund was processed by check, please allow 7-10 days from the time we process your return for the check to arrive.

Lost Items

Please note that Superb Couture Footwear is not responsible for any package that is lost or not delivered due to a return or exchange. Therefore, we recommend that you insure the item using a carrier that provides tracking and can insure shipment for the retail value of the item.

For those items that we ship out, we will assume responsibility.

Damaged and Defective Items

If you receive merchandise damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement item and file a claim with the carrier. Please keep the item and packing material in case the carrier wishes to inspect the package and merchandise. When requesting that you return the damaged merchandise to us, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to do so. If you are requested to return the damaged merchandise and you fail to do so within 30 days, we will charge you for the replacement item.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item and will include a pre-paid shipping label for you to return to us. If we do not receive the defective item within 30 days of your receipt of the replacement item, we will charge you for the replacement item.
